This was a year of much much less bike riding since my return on the bike, mainly because of no commutes to work anymore. Also, Berlin is surrounded by flatlands, so the nice long Saturday rides along the hilly lanes of Surrey are really a distant memory now.
A nice summer in the Alpes though compensated for the lack of hills at home. With the Maratona loop again and the Stelvio from both sides in one ride, but also the feared Mortirolo was some great experience. Here is the summary graphic of 2018.
